Where do we deliver?
Customers often ask if we can ship internationally. At this time, we can only deliver to addresses in Australia.

How long does it take?
We try to deliver within 7-10 working days in general however issues occur from time to time that may be outside our control. Hence these delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. It may also take longer to deliver to remote and country areas.

Submitting your order
Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If your order is being shipped to a place of business, please include the business name.

Product information and availability
Our website is regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by publishers and suppliers. Corporate Rewards Australia will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All products are listed for sale in good faith however occasionally products become temporarily or permanently unavailable without prior notice from the supplier. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier, you will be contacted to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order being shipped.

All products and services published via our website are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions and are also subject to availability. Products may vary from the images shown. Corporate Rewards Australia makes every effort to ensure stock is available when advertised however this cannot always be guaranteed. Some styles, colours and sizes may not be available as this depends on demand. Styles, colours and sizes may vary. Accessories are not included. Some larger items are sold boxed and require assembling. We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable quantities.

Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.

  1. All Prices are in Australian Dollars.
  2. Prices are exclusive of Australian GST.
  3. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. Corporate Rewards Australia will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
  4. You must notify us within two (2) weeks of dispatch date as recorded in your account if you have not received an item. After this time no refund will be issued for any missing orders.
  5. The information contained in this website may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical, photographic or bibliographical errors. All liability of Corporate Rewards Australia and SJE PTY LTD howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Corporate Rewards Australia is the copyright owner of the content of this website or is permitted by the copyright owner to use the content on the website. Brand names, cover images, characters, book titles and other product information used in this website may be the trade mark or intellectual property of a registered holder.   10. Offers and vouchers are only valid for redemption on this website and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Corporate Rewards Australia reserves the right to remove or change a promotion at any time.
  11. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of NSW, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.

Travel Terms Explained

Deal is valid for 1 person, but based on 2 people travelling together (twin share)

The price covers one person, however 2 people will need to travel together and each purchase oneCorporate Rewards voucher. You purchase your Corporate Rewards vouchers individually (using different credit cards if you desire) but share accommodations for the duration of the trip.

Deal is for two people

The price covers two people, making this option ideal for a pair wanting to travel and share a room together. Packages for two must be purchased on a single credit card. You’ll share accommodations for the duration of the trip, and for packages including flights, transportation, tours, and other add-ons, you’ll do all of that together, too.

Single Supplement

This option, known as a single supplement covers one person, making it ideal for those looking to book a holiday alone. This option is only applicable for deals that specify the Corporate Rewards voucher is valid for one person (unless otherwise stated). Single supplement fees are paid directly to the merchant at the time of booking, or as specified in the fine print. Some merchants may waive this fee if you are willing to share a room with another traveller.

Blackout Dates

Corporate Rewards vouchers cannot be used during these specified dates.

Subject to Availability

This means the use of the Corporate Rewards voucher is based on what dates the merchant has available.

Optional/Additional Costs

These are either optional or additional costs that you can add on top of your voucher price. These surcharges are paid to the merchant upon securing your booking with them.

Universal Fine Print

These restrictions apply to all Corporate Rewards vouchers, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.

  • Unless otherwise stated, your Corporate Rewards voucher is valid from the day after purchase
  • Except for Healthcare deals, cannot use after the date indicated on the fine print (“Valid to”)
  • Corporate Rewards voucher must be redeemed according to the “How to redeem” instructions on the deal page
  • All bookings subject to availability. It is recommended to book well in advance
  • Please expect a high demand for all bookings especially weekends
  • No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable
  • Merchants have the right to offer fixed availabilities for Corporate Rewards voucher holders to allow space for full paying customers
  • 24-hour cancellation policy or Corporate Rewards voucher is forfeited. Corporate Rewards voucher is void in case of no-show
  • All deal inclusions must be redeemed in a single visit (unless specified as a multi visit deal)
  • Voucher cannot be combined with any other offers unless permitted by the merchant
  • Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash unless required by law
  • Not valid for commercial use, not for resale and not redeemable for cash
  • Does not cover any additional tax, service charge or gratuity not explicitly mentioned in the Fine Print
  • Some deals may be subject to age restrictions (please check the fine print and consult the merchant in case of doubt)
  • Additional customers without a Corporate Rewards voucher will be charged full price
  • Must be 18+ for alcohol consumption
  • For deals valid overseas, applicable age restrictions on the consumption of alcohol apply
  • Merchant abides by the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and has the right to enforce them
  • Wherever possible, we will use images taken at the merchants location or of the exact service or item being offered. In cases where this is not possible, the images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be a direct representation
